JOHN D'AGOSTINO
B.A., LL.B., J.D.
OWNER/MANAGING PARTNER
Born and raised in North Bay, John D’Agostino brings a unique, practical perspective to his legal practice. Before entering the courtroom or the boardroom, he spent years working within his family’s new home construction business. It was there that he learned the "nuts and bolts" of operating a family-owned enterprise—an experience that continues to inform his pragmatic approach to corporate and commercial law.
John’s academic journey began at Laurentian University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science in 1987. He went on to pursue his legal education at the University of Windsor, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws in 1990, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1992. That same year, he was admitted to the Ontario Bar and began his career as an articling student with the Toronto-based firm Loopstra Nixon and McLeish.
After establishing a robust foundation in corporate commercial and real estate law in Toronto, John and his wife, Cindie, chose to return home to North Bay in 1997 to raise their young family. Today, John’s practice is deeply rooted in the community, specializing in Business Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures, as well as Corporate Financings and Reorganizations. His expertise further extends to Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Real Estate, Not-for-Profit and Charities Law, and the sensitive areas of Wills, Estates, and Trusts.

Randee’s academic foundation is extensive, beginning with an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University in 2002, followed by a Master of Arts from Saint Paul University in 2005. She completed her legal studies at the University of Ottawa, earning her Bachelor of Laws in 2008.

In addition to her business-focused work, Randee assists clients with the essential matters of Wills and Powers of Attorney.
An active member of the legal community, Randee belongs to both the Nipissing Law Association and the Canadian Bar Association. When she is not in the office, she makes the most of the North Bay area, enjoying the great outdoors and spending quality time with her family.
